Help Us Grow

GracePointe Church is relocating this summer

Big things are happening! This summer, our church is relocating—and with this move comes an incredible opportunity to grow our ministry, serve our community more effectively, and create space for even more lives to be transformed by the love of Christ.

We’re excited for what’s ahead, but we can’t do it alone. The elders have prayerfully considered the costs involved and have a clear budget goal to make this transition possible.

Four distinct areas have been identified to organize major costs associated with our move, resulting in an overall relocation budget of $70,000.

Your giving support

Whether you’re a partner, regular attender, a supporting church, or simply someone who believes in the mission of GracePointe—we’re inviting you to give generously and be part of this next chapter. Your giving will help cover moving and setup costs, facility upgrades and equipment, and ministry needs in our new location.

$70,000 can seem daunting to a small church, but we believe we can reach our goal by breaking our financial needs into smaller giving pledges.
To reach our total goal, we've broken the amount into 30 pledge spots at various levels—making it possible for everyone to participate in a meaningful way.

Whether you’re able to commit to one of the higher tiers or one of the foundational gifts, every pledge moves us closer to our goal. Our aim is to fill every spot with someone who believes in the mission and future of this church. Would you consider claiming a pledge level today and being part of this bold, faith-filled step forward?

Join the giving campaign

Every gift—big or small—makes a difference. Together, we can move forward in faith and build a place where more people can encounter the hope of Jesus.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do we have enough money to make the move?
A. Yes. GracePointe currently has the funds to relocate. However, the existing funds are intended for operational expenses and the Elder's want to see our church financially support this move without the need to dip into operational expenses or savings if possible.

Q. What if we collect more money than what is budgeted, or we spend less than budgeted?
A. If there is a surplus following the relocation giving campaign, GracePointe will earmark the money for our building fund, which is to be established following our move and aims to financially support the eventual long-term home of GracePointe.

Q. I want to give by check to avoid online fees, is that OK?
A. Of course. You can drop off a check or cash in envelope to our collection box any Sunday; please mark in the memo or on the envelope the funds are designated to the relocation fund. If you want to mail your contribution, you may send it to our P.O. Box: 800 E. Rochambeau Drive, Suite F, Box 190 Williamsburg, VA 23188

Q. If I have a useful skill, where do I sign up to help out?
A.  We will be do as much of the remodeling and construction of the new facility ourselves as we can. If you have a skillset that would be useful (assembling furniture, framing, drywall, painting, moving debris, hanging pictures, etc.) reach out to one of the area leads. This is a great helpful and cost savings.
