Meet the Team

Bill was brought to Williamsburg as a young professional where he would come to know God shortly after arriving. He and his family were moved to Florida, but Bill's love and burden for the people of Williamsburg continued to grow.  After time spent helping establish CrossPointe Coast in Viera, Florida, Bill was sent back to Williamsburg to be a church planter. Eventually, that church would become GracePointe Church. Bill has a B.S. and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from WVU and graduated from the Calvary Chapel School of Ministry in Melbourne, Florida.

Adam, along with his wife Kaylan and daughter Luna, enjoys going on adventures, spending time with friends and family, and loves playing games of every type. Both Adam and Kaylan were born in Newport News, grew up in Yorktown, and were married at Wren Chapel in Williamsburg. Their heart is here in this city and their heart is to see God continue to move in great ways within and throughout their community, as well as, the campus of William and Mary. Prior to his return to Virginia and connecting with Bill through the SBC of Virginia Church Planting Program, Adam served as Youth Pastor for churches in North Carolina and Texas. Adam has a B.S. in Religion from Liberty University and a M.A. in Biblical Counseling through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Luke and his wife Natassia discovered GracePointe one month after its launch in 2018. They quickly got involved serving in several ministries and fell in love with the city of Williamsburg. Luke has a passion for missions and watching those inside the church grow in their relationship with Jesus. He previously served as an IMB missionary in Quebec, Canada, as well as worked with ministries through LifeWay. He has a B.S. in Biblical & Theological Studies, and an M.A. in History from Liberty University. Luke and Natassia have two kids, Jayne and Jeremiah. Luke enjoys traveling, reading, watching/playing sports, and going to the movies (with popcorn). 

Krystle was part of the original GracePointe launch team and was part of the first group of individuals to join in Partnership. Krystle has a background in psychology and experience as a case worker. She leads GracePointe Kids and is always looking for volunteers to serve the smallest hearts of our church. She and her husband, Steven, have three children, Tripp, Tillie, and Temperance. Steven comes to GracePointe from our sending church Catalyst and longtime friendship with Associate Pastor, Adam.  He has served faithfully at many churches and Christian organizations beginning from high school. Steven is married to our Kids Director, Krystle, and they have three awesome kiddos. Steven holds an MBA with a concentration in Economics, has worked in the consulting industry in both Virginia and Florida, and is currently CEO of a local business in the tidewater area.
