Welcome Baskets for Our Retail/Dining Neighbors
A team of volunteers will gather on the day of the event to prepare handwritten notes and welcome baskets for the stores and restaurants located around our new building. They will have the opportunity to pray for the stores and engage with the employees there.
Yardwork for Families In Need
A team of people will be assisting families in need in the Williamsburg area with essential yardwork.
Games/Activities at Nursing Homes
Seniors in the Williamsburg area will be visited by a group of volunteers, to lead them in games and activities.
W&M Campus Canvas
We are sending a team of people to William & Mary’s campus to greet and engage with people, while handing out snacks and/or other items.
Food Drive Collections
A group of volunteers will be at grocery store locations in Williamsburg to collect non-perishable food donations for the Peninsula Food Bank, which provides food to families in need.
Thank You Baskets for First Responders
A team of volunteers will gather on the day of the event to prepare handwritten notes and gift baskets for the police and fire stations in the Williamsburg area.
Kidsburg Outreach
A team of outgoing individuals will engage with families visiting the playground, while handing out snacks and water.
Visiting the Pineapple Inn
A team of volunteers will be preparing and cooking dinner for the Inn's 200 residents. This will be a major undertaking and the need for lots of volunteers!
Place me wherever I'm needed
We sometimes get way too many people for one project while having nowhere near enough for another. If you want to be a true legend, consider signing up for this and allowing us to place you wherever you’re needed most this day!
